Very nice owners and very cooperative. Had trouble with the slide but was able to get it out by getting underneath and using a power drill. There was leakage when we hooked up the water in the bathroom shower area and from sink that ran on the floor. Had to drain water tank and not able to use shower, toilet or sink.
