Juan was absolutely amazing!!! The RV was just the perfect size for me and my small family. We thoroughly enjoyed the ride and all the essential items that were provided. He was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions that we had. I will definitely use him in the future!

Very good experience. Honestly, all trips will have problems of some kind. The key is having them resolved quickly and completely. Through both the careful attention of the host (Juan and wife) and Outdoorsy customer assistance and road assistance, we were able to resolve all minor issues and have a wonderful trip. Yes, I would rent from Juan again. Thanks
