The Biggs family are awesome, hopefully made some long term friends. As first time renter and my first RV tow in the US they were very patient and explained everything. Thanks Serena and Waylan.

Waylon and Serena were absolutely amazing! Their communication was kind, timely, and effective as hosts, and they provided us with everything we needed. Especially when resolving any issues you may come across. Their RV was equipped with everything, and I mean everything. We only had to bring clothes, shampoo, body soap, and food. The RV was very clean, and the decor within the RV made my family and i feel at home while camping. We will most definitely book again, hoping they are available!😊

Here's a revised version of your message:---First, I would like to thank Waylon and Serena Biggs for sharing their beautiful Bunkhouse. From the moment I contacted Serena, she was quick to respond to my questions. When I met Serena and Waylon at my drop-off site, I experienced nothing but genuine hospitality. They provide more amenities than any other trailer I’ve rented. They walk you through everything you need to know about maneuvering through the trailer.I know reviews go a long way in deciding whether or not to do business with an individual. I guarantee you will not be disappointed with the Biggs Bunkhouse. Thank you, Serena and Waylon, for the great hospitality during my trip and the excellent communication.
