Deceptive business practices here. Quoted one price/charged $600 more due to some BS policy buried in the small print. Told when I picked up the RV that I could only drive 100 miles/day. Who the hell does that?

Hi Tim, we deeply apologize that you were not pleased regarding the mileage allotment and fees associated. As we had mentioned during the initial walk through that this is standard business practice to have an allotment of miles per day, and any fees associated with it. This information is also stated on the main listing page of every vehicle listed on the website, and you will also find this in your rental agreement. You did mention that you understood and were ok with it. As a courtesy we provided 300 extra free miles for you in addition to the free miles alloted for your booking, as well as not charging you for dumping. I hope that you can understand that the mileage fees are a necessary part of maintenance and upkeep of the RV. I hope that aside from this, you and your family had a great time and will consider booking with us again.
