The camper was listed at 30ft but it was 26ft at best. Batteries didn’t work upon arrival of the camp, had to use the generator the entire time. When I reached out to him to try to communicate this, he gave me his cell phone number instead of communicating through the app and tried to tell me that the batteries were brand new when they had pretty visible signs of wear and tear, and were dead.

Our experience was great! Marcos was friendly, responded quickly to messages, and was very helpful throughout. The RV was perfect for what we needed, especially with the kick-out section that allowed for a bit of extra room for our small family.

The RV was clean. Marcos was accommodating and helpful. I think Outdoorsy customer service experience is difficult. The platform has extremely high fees and terrible Customer Service. But my experience with the seller was great.
