Absolutely perfect experience! We rented for a short weekend, but everything - communication, cleanliness, experience - was completely top notch. We had an issue with the water pump after delivery, and the owner came back to try to resolve it. When he was unable to do so, he had a mechanic stop by shortly thereafter who got the issue sorted quickly. There's no better representation of what you should expect than when something goes wrong, and this was a textbook example of how a wonderful host handles such an issue. Will absolutely rent again when we return to the area!
