Great renter. He was knowledgeable about setup and hookup, communicated clearly regarding the issue with the city water inlet sleeve, and was punctual for both pickup and drop off.

We had the trailer delivered to a KOA campsite and it was there and setup on time as we communicated. Trailer was in great shape and very clean. Would rent the same one again.

We loved our time in the van. It was a great layout, with lots of space. It was easy to cook meals, and had a comfortable bed. The hosts were very easy to communicate with, and quickly answered our many questions (we are new to the whole camper van thing). When we encountered a minor technical issue. They immediately responded and helped us to trouble shoot. We highly recommend!

These renters were great to work with from start to finish. Communication was clear and timely, and they treated the camper with care and respect. Everything was returned in excellent condition, clean and exactly as expected. There were no issues at all during the rental period.

This was our first time renting a driveable RV. We have owned a bumper pull and 5th wheel in the past. We were really amazed how well this RV drove and the outstanding service we got from Chris and his team from Scottsdale RV Life. Everything with Chris is well organized and professions from start to finish. They will contact you with information about pickup and drop-off before you will remember to do the same. They give you everything you need for an enjoyable vacation. We rented for 7 days for a trip from Phoenix to Sedona to Zion and back - with several side trips along the way. Don't plan a lot on your very first day, give yourself time to buy some groceries and any other small things you want for your trip and use that day to get used to traveling in the RV, setting up and breaking down. Chris and Mari were both very helpful with any questions that we had along the way and prompt to respond. If you're headed up to Zion be aware of road restrictions for RV's of certain height, width and length BEFORE you make the drive - typically phone navigation software will not take this into account. They are putting in more changes for the Mt Carmel tunnel in the summer of 2026. Would rent from Scottsdale RV Life again at any time and have already recommended them to friends!
