We had a camping trip planned months out with another family. Unfortunately, we hit a string of bad luck where two different owners had to cancel our reservation due to mechanical issues or damage to their RV from another renterWith less than a week left to our trip, we were panicking. Thanks to the wonderful Outdoorsy concierge who helped us fine alternate RV, we were able to find Sam’s RVSam was very responsive to both Outdoorsy concierge and myself. He made his RV available to us on such short notice.The RV was fantastic!! It’s only a couple years old and in immaculate condition. We really lucked out as Sam’s RV was nicer than the other two we had reserved before. The RV was well stocked with everything we needed to cook meals (cookware, utensils, plates, bowls , cups). We even opted to rent his two person inflatable kayak which was great fun on Collins Lake.Whenever I had a question about the RV, Sam was very responsive and helpful. When we accidentally left something behind in the RV, Sam reached out and went out of his way to ensure it got back to us.We were so grateful to be the first renters for Sam and his new RV. The experience was so good, we are already planning dates for 2025 where we hope to rent Sam’s RV again!
