My wife and 4 kids and I bought the camper, primarlily, so we can take more frequent and more comfortable camping trips to some family land. It sure was a change from the tent camping we've been accustomed to. We also hoped it will provide for more weekend getaways to the lake. We love the bunkhouse model we purchased as it has a separate bedroom for the kids. There is a door to close to the bunkhouse and the master bedroom to provide a little more privacy having a curtain. Its also nice so we can put the baby down while we stay up and play games with the kids or watch a movie and don't disturb the baby.

We had no trouble with basic utility usage but did not have hot water. A full tank of water and electrical cords were provided.

RV was exactly what we needed for a quick camping trip to Turner Falls Park. Had everything in there ready to go for us. Pulling was easy, made for a great experience. Owner was quick with responses!

Trailer we rented needs to be either updated or retired. Pop-out did not go all the way in when we got ready to leave. When I checked it back in they were aware it did not work correctly, but did not inform me of the problem at pickup. Could of used more instruction on how to operate the trailer, i.e. how to light the hot water heater. Trailer appeared to have been setting for some time and was not that clean at pickup time. Tires were under inflated and interior had dead (maybe alive) bugs on the floor and even in the microwave.

The 28' Jayco trailer was perfect. Everything went smoothly and the pickup and return process was very easy. Everything we needed and more was included with the camper. I would definitely rent again!

Not a terrible camper, can definitely tell it's rented out alot. Had to have a tire replaced before we could leave with it, which wasted 2 hours of our trip. Only 1 a/c so if it's over 85 it can't keep up. Trailer wasn't swept out when we got it. Did have basic supplys like silverware and trash bags and such. Aswell as all the stuff required to dump the tanks.

Clean, simple pickup and drop off, our deposit was refunded the next business day and made our holiday weekend at the lake stress free!!

Very easy experience overall. The camper had more than we expected already in it. (Cleaning products, board games, coffee pot, coming utensils, etc). Pick up and drop off were a breeze as well. The lot was huge to maneuver. We had a great family trip!

We had a great experience with this camper. We had a small problem at the camp site but help was just a phone call away. The camper was well stocked with all the little things that we sometimes forget. I’ll definitely try to rent again.
