About Zak's RV rentals

We are the Armstrongs and we bought this camper to spend time with our baby boy and two dogs. Unfortunately we can’t camp as often as we’d like so we found this site with the hopes that other people can enjoy it when we can’t! We upgraded the queen mattress to something much more comfortable (stock RV mattresses are notoriously uncomfortable). The kitchen dinette converts to a bed and the couch offers two recliners. This camper has everything you could want but if you desire something extra please just let us know and we will do our best to make it happen!

This was our second time renting from Zak. He was very responsive, communicative, and timely--they delivered a clean RV. We were able to stay warm and had hot water throughout the very cold weekend.

Zak was a great host. He set up the camper for us before we even knew he was there. Very clean camper, and the A/C kept us nice and cozy despite some very hot & humid temperatures.

The RV was nice and clean. We did have problems with the furnace and the hot water. We were able to get the furnace working but not the hot water. Zak was not able to come in person to take a look at it, but he spent a couple of hours trying to work through the issue over the phone. Unfortunately it was not successful. Three stars because of the lack of furnace issues and lack of hot water, it was quite cold that weekend, but also three stars because of the effort that Zak put in. He definitely wanted to resolve the issue and we tried our best, but were unable to correct it. Overall a nice RV. I would say that it more sleeps 3. The couch and converted table is a bit small.

The camper was great. The weekend was great. We did have a couple issues such as the HW heater didn’t work. Could’ve been operator error? Zack might want to show future users how to turn it on. Also, the listing referenced a coffee pot, but there wasn’t one. The kitchen set up could also use a few more essentials, such as pots n pans, flatware and glasses. I shared this information with the owner and suspect the camper will get these additions before it goes out again.
