The RV was very nice and the communication from Ashley and her husband was great. We had clean sheets and towels however the kitchen and living room areas had some food and other items from a prior booking and the water tank was full when it arrived. This was our first rental and we did not know how to identify the tank was full or drain it but luckily had help from friends. I would book with Ashley again.
