Hi I'm Jen. Owner of the "Camp Wilson" camper van. I'm new to the RV rental experience, but I promise to deliver outstanding customer service and a clean and comfortable camper van every time. The camper van is a diesel, and I luckily married a diesel mechanic so everything has been well-maintained and will function smoothly for your adventure. Our camper van has taken us to some unforgettable places—from the mystical Ape Caves and the rugged beauty of Cape Disappointment to the peaceful charm of the San Juan Islands. Summer road trips have become a treasured tradition, and our kids never say no to a camping trip! This van has helped us make countless memories—and we’re excited to share that joy with you, too.

The Snuggle Shuttle was exactly what we were looking for for our annual trip to Kalaloch. Jen was easy to communicate and the campervan was set up perfectly for a quick check in. We were on the road and enjoying our weekend earlier than we thought! When we encountered an issue with one of the windows, Jen was super responsive and helped us troubleshoot. We would definitely rent from Jen again.

We absolutely loved our stay! We drove the van around the Olympic Peninsula and had no issues. Jennifer was so helpful and communicative with all of my questions. Such a special and amazing time 🫶🏼

Jennifer has been very helpful from day one and everything went smoothly. We had the Van for 2 weeks and she took us through 5 states and a lot of adventures in the best way possible.
Both before and during the trip she answered all our questions right away so that we could continue to travel with ease in our minds.
The Candy Wagon is an old car but still managed to bring us safely through the highways, National Parks and mountains.
Jennifer and Miss Candy comes highly recommended by us.

Overall, we had a good trip in the van. It was not without a few issues though. We picked the van up at their house on Friday, Jennifer was not present for our pickup, so we did our pre rental pictures on the app and headed out. Our first issue was the van going into limp mode so I pulled over and looked things over, didn’t see any obvious issues so I shut it off and cranked it back up and everything was good to go. I sent Jennifer a text when this happened but didn’t hear anything back for a few hours, the van would continue to do this about once a day for the remainder of our trip. We also had Brake and SRS warning lights randomly throughout the trip but they would come in for a few seconds/minutes and then clear with nothing appearing to be wrong. The CEL light did come on for the last few days of the trip as well. When we got to camp later that evening, I was looking the van over again and found the both front tires were severely worn and had belts showing on the outer edge! This was Friday evening so nothing would be open on the weekends, I let Jennifer and Matt know about the issue and we were able to camp close to a town with a tire shop and get new tires put on the following Monday morning, this did eat up about half a day of our vacation though. The rest of the trip was pretty uneventful. There were a few small annoyances, the van doesn’t have mirrors on the visors (my wife wears contacts and a mirror makes life easier for sure), the sliding door lock does not lock with the key fob (we didn’t discover this until day 3) and the detent to keep the door open if the van isn’t perfectly level doesn’t work. There’s an auto lock feature you can disable with a button on the dash so the security system doesn’t continuously go off at camp. A quick rundown of the van when we picked it up could have solved most of these issues though. Cleanliness was also a little disappointing, dishes and the sink were dirty. There was also no one home when we returned van.

We had such a great trip and this camper van was perfect! It was very clean, organized, and made traveling simple. The mattress is so comfortable allowing to easily recover and recharge for the next adventure. Jennifer is such a great host. She communicated well and really cared about making our trip great. Would 100% recommend!

We had an incredible time in the Snuggle Shuttle! It’s so adorable and cozy and was perfect for our adventure to the gorge! Jen was great to work with! She was super responsive, and when we got stuck in traffic she was very understanding about a later check in! We will definitely rent the Snuggle Shuttle again!

We had a great time with the camper van and the interior was decorated very nicely! We took the van around Oregon and overall it was a smooth ride. All accessories for cooking and cleaning were available and provided, and the fridge inside was fairly large for a camper van so we cooked a lot of meals outside! The bed was comfortable and clean with sheets / blankets provided, and the induction stove was nice for any cooking we did (water boiling, pan frying, etc)! We had a lot of fun doing this camper van trip and Jennifer made that a pleasant experience for us!

The Snuggle Shuttle was the perfect cozy getaway for a couples nature retreat. The bed was bed very spacious and comfortable. The host provided cooking and eating utensils, plus storage space for luggage. The van was capable of going everywhere we needed it to, without the hassle of the size of an RV. The host was very communicative and helpful, we had a very easy and enjoyable trip thanks to them!

My son and I really enjoyed our recent trip in this radical van! Our favorite part was watching a movie at night with the heater keeping us toasty. Thankfully there are helpful videos on how to use the camper and I would recommend making sure to watch them before heading on your trip.

Our host was very responsive, helpful, and accommodating. The van was a great Sportsmobile that fit our needs 100%. Superhost.
