I rented this camper for a weekend trip to Splashway with family. This was my first experience renting a camper on Outdoorsy and after reading reviews I contacted John about his camper. The camper is super cute, very clean, and comfortable. My granddaughter loved the bunk area! John is super responsive and great to work with. Highly recommend! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The experience started off fine until the 3am carbon dioxide alarm wake up! Then the lights & a/c completely stopped working. Our group was my 8 months pregnant daughter, 2 grandsons, & 2 dogs. After the alarm kept going off the dogs got so upset. I decided for the safety of my family to pack up in the dark & leave. Was not in the vacation plans to drive over an hour at 4am. I contacted the owner, but I knew he wouldn’t reply as he was probably asleep. Now that he knows, he is blaming the issues on the park. I contacted the park and there were no power issues for anyone but us. This can only mean there is an issue with his RV. Now the owner is charging me a $250 cleaning fee for wetness on a cushion & dog hair on the floor. The wetness might be from a wet towel or swim suit & when my dogs get upset they shed hair! There were no lights for me to be able to spot clean in the dark, I did remove the bathroom & kitchen trash & cleared out the non working refrigerator. I have reported this RV owner to Outdoorsy in hopes that no other family has to make an emergency evacuation at 4am like we all had to!

We hope to have every customer happy , communication is the key when your renting , We answer the phone any time when called . Alarm went off for low voltage from the site they were staying at , Does not have to be the whole park can be just that one site .
We have 5 stars from all our guest , We spent 10 hrs cleaning the rv and replacing all the damaged parts to make it 100% ready for our next guest .
We appreciate all the opportunities and rental we get .

John and his wife had our campsite set up and ready for us. Everything was clean and organized! The assortment of DVD's, coloring books, toys and fidgets kept the kids occupied and entertained while in the camper. The AC kept us nice and cold!

This is a great camper! Perfect for our long weekend. It’s well stocked and clean. We had to spend a little more time indoors since it rained all day on Friday. But it was plenty big to host game day with my relatives! It was all set up and ready to go when we arrived at the campground. He was also very responsive to my questions.

John and Tanya have a lovely, clean, well maintained RV and were amazing, attentive hosts. Everything was set-up and easy to find and navigate. We were expecting freezing nighttime temperatures and John made sure the that we were well equipped with necessary propane and directions to manage the equipment in cold temperatures and readily available for questions. This was are first rental experience and we loved it!

RV was in like new condition. Communication with John was easy and seamless. RV was delivered to our campsite and set up with no issues.
