Manny & Isabel absolutely provided 5-star service! Communication was prompt & excellent, and the unit was in excellent condition. When we showed up, Manny & Isabel were there to greet us warmly, and the RV was completely setup (hook-ups connected, front door mat unrolled, chairs setup, and even the grill was out & ready for use). I have rented many RVs, but this was the first time we used the delivery & setup... it made for such an easy experience that we'll definitely do it again. And we would rent this unit from Manny & Isabel again in a heartbeat - can't overstate how nice everything was & that they seemed to have every "do you have this?" item covered!

From start to finish it was a wonderful experience booking and staying on the the Jloa. It was beautiful, clean, well-stocked and all that I could wish for on my first stay on an RV. I can't thank them enough for making camping so easy.
The owners did everything to make sure that me and my family were comfortable for our 2 night stay.
My biggest mistake was overpacking as they had everything from towels to extra toilet paper and fun snacks.
It felt upscale, cozy, and surprisingly spacious—like a high-end tiny home rather than an RV.
The cleanliness was impeccable. Every surface sparkled, the floors were spotless, the bathrooms and kitchen were pristine, and it smelled fresh and inviting. You could tell it had been meticulously prepared; we’ve stayed in hotels that weren’t this clean!
It was also thoughtfully well-stocked that we barely had to pack a thing. The kitchen had every pot, pan, utensil, dish, and appliance imaginable (including a fantastic coffee maker), plus starter supplies like coffee, spices, paper goods, and even some pantry basics.
It was also innovative and easy to control features like the lighting and temperature with an app. If I had any questions, it was easy to reach Manny.
Honestly, I can't stop raving about my trip and would definitely recommend this rental to anyone who wants to camp in style.
