Jim and Kim were great. They were very accommodating and made the pick up and drop off very easy. The RV was as advertised and had plenty of space for my wife and I and the cat. We took it to see a few of the national parks and had a great time. I would definitely rent from them again.

We were a little hesitant using Outdoorsy since it was our first time, but this RV seemed to be perfect size and right along our travel route, so we decided to take the chance. Glad we did.
The whole experience was smooth from start to finish. The owners made everything easy, they even provided a detailed inventory spreadsheet (down to Q-tips, towels, pillows, nail clippers etc), which helped us pack efficiently. They also provided a clear manual that set us up for success using the RV.
