We were really looking forward to our family RV trip, but unfortunately the condition of the RV and communication with the owner made the experience very difficult. The owner did not meet us for pickup or drop-off and asked us to communicate by text instead of through Outdoorsy, stating he could not work through the platform. The RV had numerous issues, including leftover food, dirty floors/AC filters, cigarette burns, interior/exterior damage, a damaged screen door, missing vent screens, and a leaking/non-working shower that required us to pay for campground showers. The gray/black tank was not properly emptied and the valve leaked throughout the trip, creating a sanitation concern. A bunk bed was missing its safety latch, preventing the safety net from being secured, which we considered a serious safety issue with a child using the bunk. The rear bed was advertised as a queen but was much smaller, and the sofa privacy shade was missing. The smoke detector battery died the first day with no spare. We also paid extra for a grill, but the lid was broken and no utensils were provided. We understand RVs are used vehicles, but the number of maintenance, cleanliness, sanitation and safe

First time renting an RV and everything went without any issues. The RV was easy to drive and all the functions were pretty self explanatory. The host was very accommodating, Would rent again and recommend to anyone.

We had the absolute best trip!! The RV was exactly as described and so comfortable. It was easy to drive and the all around cameras were very helpful. All of the systems were super easy to use and all of the beds were really comfy. The hosts were super responsive and helped us with everything we needed, even buying and renting us an EZ Up tent amongst other things. 10/10 would recommend renting this RV! I hope to again next year!

Everything went so smoothly! The hosts were super accommodating and stayed flexible. Plenty of space for 5 people (even more) to sleep and hang out. One night of our trip it was down pouring and we all hung out in the RV - had a blast. The hosts even provided bedding, cooking supplies and paper goods which was a nice touch. I’ve rented a lot of RVs and this one definitely stood out! I will be booking again
