We had a fantastic experience renting through Outdoorsy! Matt was incredibly responsive and communicative from start to finish. They answered all our questions promptly, provided detailed instructions for pickup and return, and made the entire process seamless. The trailer was exactly as describes, clean, well-maintained, and perfect for our trip. Matt's helpful tips and recommendations really enhanced our adventure.
