Hello Fellow travel bugs, My name is Pattie, #thevanlord. I was born and raised in Bangkok, Thailand. In 2006, I moved to Pacifica, CA with 2 suitcases. Travel is my passion. I had an opportunity to travel extensively in Asia, Europe, North America and my one of forever favorite places in the World, The islands of Hawaii. But Wait !! France is one of the top 5 particularly, South of France and Paris. I have seen many parts of the world. I can proudly say I am so grateful to be able to call "California" home. 3 years ago, I moved to Santa Cruz Mountains, CA. That was when my life changed forever. Now, I live in gorgeous Redwoods and right under the old Redwood Trees. The most famous surfing town in the world, Santa Cruz, California is within 15 minute ride. How could life get any better? Well Duh !!, owning a CAMPER VAN. With my #GOAL_DIGGER THE VAN and #Joythevan I could be sleeping on the edge on the Pacific coastline at any time. Anywhere I can park now is my backyard. I love to listen to the waves, watch gnarly sunset and catch a glimpse of those shooting stars. I invite you to experience these amazing places with me. Let's hit the road.

I rented joy for a solo adventure around NorCal's National & State Parks. There was plenty of space for just me, would've been more if I had only packed using carry-on sized luggage. I left the bed flat the whole trip, used the front passenger seat as my dresser, and behind the passenger seat as my laundry hamper. Everything you need is included with the van. My only negatives, were that the Bluetooth connection never worked for me, so I purchased a phone holder so that I could have navigation, and I used my Bluetooth speaker for music/audiobooks/hands-free phone. Also, the van's sliding doors stick sometimes and can be difficult to open & close from the inside. I purchased some WD40 to try to help, but it didn't make much of a difference. Lastly, the remote button to open the trunk hatch doesn't work, and there isn't a way to open the hatch from the inside, so you have to use the slide doors often. Those are very nitpicky little things though. All in all, Joy had everything I needed for a month long solo adventure.

The process of getting Goal Digger and dropping her off was very easy and Patti was super flexible and helpful. We loved Goal Digger because it has all of the things we needed and none of the things we didn't. The van was super reliable and drove well. The bed was comfortable and the solar power never dipped below 80%. Great value!

We had such an AMAZING time in Pattie's van. Has everything you need, great energy and all the vibes for a good time. Pattie's very nice and flex with everything. Can't wait to cruise in the goal digger asap!

Very easy communication, great ride and loads of fun. First Camper Van experience and this was great. She had everything we needed in there. Van is in great shape and fun to drive. Great 3 night sleep!

My bf and me did a road trip a long highway 1 . It was always one of our bucket list items and traveling on a campervan just like dream came true. “Goal digger” was such a beautiful van and easy to drive. We got a lot compliments from our friends and people along the trip . Pattie was so helpful and responsive. She also recommended us some cool places to checkout. We always been tempted to build a camper van but weren’t sure if it’s something for us. After this trip , we fall in love with “ Goal digger “ , and looking into build our own when we back in Texas . Thank you Pattie , we have an amazing trip and can’t wait to tell everyone about goal digger :)

We loved traveling with this Van along the West Coast and to Yosemite! Easy to drive and very spacious inside with lots of amenities for a relaxed vanlife (sun shades, fan, lots of storage, electricity, etc.) The bed is comfy and the small kitchen well equipped. Pattie is an awesome host - very well organized and reliable! Communication with her was always quick and smooth. Thanks for an amazing experience Pattie! Would definitely recommend this Van - you will love it :)

This was a great all-around experience: communications with Pattie were immediate and exact, she accommodated last minute booking and a late pickup. Van is in great condition, exactly as advertised, everything worked perfectly. Will gladly rent again!
