We had an extended stay due to our house flooding and having to play the waiting game with insurance. We ended up having to extend the stay because contractors were behind, I know- shocker. They were receptive and kind throughout the process. The RV was just as listed, everything worked perfect and it ended up being a nice home away from home while ours was getting repaired. Would 100% use them again (hopefully for an actual camping experience and not another house fiasco.)
