I was about to give up with Outdoorsy, until I messaged Jonathan. Where other hosts had been slow to respond or completely unresponsive, I heard back from him within the hour.

Trina was phenomenal, It was my first time using outdoorsy and I had several questions (some related to outdoorsy and some the camper itself). Not only did she answer all my questions in a very timely manner but never once did I feel like I was an inconvenience. When picking up the camper I met Tristan as well who was also very friendly. The camper was in really good shape and I had no issues during my rental. I look forward to renting again in the future from them.

Fantastic experience with Allison’s van. I did a 3 week road trip around California and the van was perfect. The van is quite new (just like the photos) it feels luxurious inside and drives really well. Allison had the van really well equipped and prepped for my trip - I really appreciate that - and her communication was excellent.

I just adored both Heather and Kathy!! Heather was super easy to communicate with at every single turn!! I appreciated her diligence in researching our Noovo Plus Lift Bed, and coming to the table with so much knowledge and wisdom!! I could chat about spiders and bugs with Kathy all day!! Wow... these two ladies rock!! I would rent to them again whenever they are ready!! Thank you so much Heather and Kathy!!
