Was a good experience. Check in took longer than expected but John's worker was helpful and it was a little more than I thought it would be when we dropped it off. All in all it was a good trip. The motor home was clean and stocked well.

Josh was an excellent host with excellent communication and support before, during and after hiring the RV. He took time to show us round the RV and even answered questions during our trip. He definitely went above and beyond.
The RV was warm and comfortable and well stocked with everything you could need (bedding, towels, utensils, toiletries, cleaning stuff etc). We didn’t get to use the TV, dvds, WiFi as we were too busy during the day.

We had an amazing experience renting this RV! Chris, the owner, was incredibly professional, communicative, and easy to work with from start to finish. He answered every question we had—both before and during the trip—which really helped us feel confident, especially as first-time RV travelers.

Alpenglow is a great little van. Ethan did a great job designing and constructing this gem!
Highlights included the swiveling chairs which integrated driving and hanging spaces. The fridge and cabinetry were plenty big for our 4 night trip. It is better outfitted with kitchen gear than many AirBnBs! We loved the gear garage which swallowed our two bikes, camp chairs, firewood and far more gear than we should have packed. I really liked the induction cooktop which felt cleaner and safer than gas. It was easy to drive.
We are now sold on the concept and are discussing the timing and design features of our own camper van.

Wonderful experience. I really appreciated them coming and setting it up for us. This was the perfect amount of space for our overflow family. Everything was clean and well taken care of. I 100% recommend and will be renting again in the future.
