We were “first timers” Greg was readily available very helpful. Spent more time with us for orientation. We only had trouble with the generator occasionally but he was right there to help us out. We learned so much on our RV trip. Thanks to the Lay of the Land!!

Greg and Sandye with their Thor motor-home is fantastic. Everything works, it is always clean, and they are both very easy to work with. This is the third time I have booked with them and they are very prompt and efficient meeting their times and commitments. I will rent again with them in January...

The owners were very accessible and responsive to all inquiries in a timely fashion. The coach performed very well in all respects except for the black tank and the front air conditioner

Black tank was clogged on return. We always tell the renters, the more water, the better the flush!

From the initial booking right thru till the end of the trip, the communication which I thought was key, was always prompt and very helpful. I appreciated their paitience on the day of the delivery due to a lot of confussion on where we would park the motor home. They took the time to walk us through the entire coach and offered for us to call with any questions any time for the length of the entire rental.

The Motorhome was beautiful and well maintained. When I communicated with Sandra and Greg through the Outdoorsy site or sent them emails they responded quickly, efficiently and were very kind. Although the Motorhome does sleep 10 with a mix of adults and children as listed, we slept 8 adults comfortably. I would recommend the Thor Motor Coach to anyone.

Sandra and Greg made our first Outdoorsy experience amazing!We rented this coach to take a trip for our son's baseball state tournament. The coach was extremely clean and well maintained. Sandra and Greg spent nearly 90 minutes walking us through every detail when we picked it up. Due to our travel plans, we needed to extend our reservation. Sandra and Greg were extremely accommodating to our needs. They even went so far as to ship me some oven gloves that I had forgotten.

Sandra & Greg were very nice and accommodating, walkthrough was very informative and helpful. The motor home is super nice with some great futures and perfect condition.
Best value rental if looking for a class A.
