They were very helpful. We had a wonderful trip. The motor coach ran very well during our trip. This is my first trip driving a RV and We didn't get any problem with the motor coach. We enjoyed the trip. Thanks again

Martin and Elizabeth were great to work with and communicated well. They promptly answered all of our questions. The kids loved riding in the RV and it was a great first experience RV’ing.

We were planning on renting this unit, attempting to get information and familiarization with the vehicle so we would operate the unit correctly and safely. I agreed to all terms, requested a meeting to review the vehicle at which time they offered a PDF of the ops manual, which I agreed. They seemed to be very busy. There is a 48 hour cancellation clause in the contract, I asked how were were going to resolve that being that the vehicle was not available and I had not received the manual. His response was to cancel the vehicle. End of story. The communications is a matter of record. It felt very brusque and a bit rude. I have a new selection working, only a slight inconvenience to me. Thanks to Outdoorsy.com for the rental discount on the next vehicle.

We took the RV for a month long family road trip from Houston to Yellowstone and back. Good size rig and good layout for a family of 4.
Communication with Liz and Martin was always easy and smooth. The vehicule is good and works well. Highly recommended

We rented this brand new RV for a week to go to Big Bend and other parks in Texas. Everything is in good working order, logically, with a new RV. The Fridge is a good size, the freezer is quite big, there is a good working oven and 3 burner stove, microwave, climate control with A/C and heater, all utensils and bedding, very complete. Elizabeth and Martin got us all kind of extras, like a gas BBQ and outside table and chairs. We set up a Whatsapp group with them and we got very quick answers on all our questions. They are flexible and we could even store some of our luggage in their garage. And no funny surprises like extra charges when returning the RV.
Highly Recommended.

Great vehicle! We especially loved the bathroom. It has plenty of room to move around in. Most RVs out there have a skinny little room for the toilet, but that was not the case here. We comfortably fit ourselves, our 2 teenagers, and another adult. Martin and Liz were very responsive any time we had questions and were very flexible to make our schedule work.

We had a fantastic experience with Outdoorsy and the RV owners. Martin and Liz are very nice people with quick responses to any questions and throughly instructions with it being our first RV experience. They are very flexible and accommodating. The RV itself is new and very clean. It worked wonderful and had everything we needed and more. I would highly recommend it to anyone! AAA+ rating all around!
