This was my second Outdoorsy rental. The first was from an individual, and I was less satisfied with the overall quality of the pop-up camper.

Great rental experience. Easy pickup and drop off, great communication with Colby throughout. Trailer is well equipped with all the essentials, making for an smooth trip.

It was our first Glamping trip and towing a trailer too. We had an awesome time and will definitely rent again. The rental process was easy, the walk through prior to trip for instructions on how to use each part of the trailer was great. The trailer was exactly as pictured. Communication was quick for any questions.

Overall, had an awesome experience with David, Bryan and Colby. Colby was always super quick with responding to my questions. They even did me a solid and let me pick up the trailer early so I could get it loaded and hit the road early in the morning. The customer service from these guys is on point, you can tell they care to make it a positive experience!!

We had a great experience with this travel trailer and 380RV Rentals made it a breeze to use. Colby was very helpful with all the information at time of pick and he was available anytime we needed him. That said, they make it so easy by providing you with everything needed for using the RV. Multiple well kept and organized containers for different things such as the waterlines, all electrical, camping chairs, gloves, chocks, jack pads, etc... overall a great experience.

They were very helpful in arranging pickup and drop off times. I used to own a travel trailer, but they still took the time to explain how to use. I would rent from them again.
