A+++++++! I wish I could give Vlad 10 stars! He went above and beyond my expectations for a RV rental experience. It was my first time towing a trailer and camping with an rv. Vlad was available via text for any questions I had before, during and now for advice on future rentals. He delivered the rv to my house and spent two hours going over all the features. He was patient, friendly, and professional. He was also available during the trip and always was very prompt in his response. He was always very encouraging and positive with his advice, so I didn’t hesitate to ask him for help. Great experience!

Vlad went above and beyond to assure a great trip. He's first on my list when it's time for my next trip. He took the time to show how everything works and didn't rush us at all. He even helped set up/tear down. Overall, a great experience.
