The customers were very polite, respectful, and appeared to be a wonderful family. They have several young children, which can understandably make travel logistics more challenging.The only issue encountered was punctuality. Pickup occurred at approximately 11:00 PM, about three hours later than the originally communicated arrival time. Return also occurred significantly later than planned, at approximately 9:00 PM, roughly six hours beyond the scheduled drop-off time. While communication remained courteous throughout the rental, future hosts may wish to clearly establish and confirm pickup and return times in advance.
