Salone booked our RV for a trip to North Carolina (from FL). Prior to her leaving, we did the pass off based on two people in the RV. At the end of her trip, she was upset that she didn’t know how to use the pullout couch or how to turn the dining room table into a bed because of the additional people that needed to stay in the RV. She did not reach out to us, despite having our cell numbers, to figure out how to use these features. She was also upset at the fees charged for the overages in miles and generator houses despite discussing this with her and it being listed in our rental agreement.

Excellent experience all around with this very nice Thor Motor Coach Tiburon Sprinter. The RV itself is a luxury Class C diesel motorhome built on a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter so the ride is smooth, powerful and quiet (for an RV).

Communication from Lance was excellent. Pickup and drop off was smooth. Van was very clean and mechanically sound. Would definitely rent this unit again.

David was a courteous renter! Very communicative from the start and asked lots of great questions about the van’s systems. He left the van in great condition upon returning too!

Super cute RV and very well stocked! We didn't need any utensils or dishes. Even had cookie sheets for Naan bread prep. We enjoyed Tracy's Minnie Winnebago completely. She is an excellent host and will rent again!
