Adan was kind and thorough in his explanation of the van. The van itself was practically perfect in every way (to quote Mary Poppins). We had an excellent trip!

Had a lovely time. RV was clean, updated and stocked. However, we were unable to locate pots or pans, which was ok b/c we brought our own. We also were only able to locate one coffee mug. Didn't want to bother the host again, as we had issues with the camp host saying we didn't have to correct permit to have the RV in Ft. Pickens. Other than that, the bed was comfortable and the a/c kicks! Tara was super nice and met us at the site. She explained everything to us and answered all our questions. It was only after she left that the camp host accosted us about a permit (which was not our responsibility) and threatened to tow us. Just be aware, when camping in Ft. Pickens, that your RV host may need a CUA license to deliver to the park.

Richard and Cheryl were wonderful to work with! They were quick to respond to questions, easy to work with on pickup and drop off. very accommodating and they did a great job adding the little extras that made their RV welcoming and cozy.
The RV was beautiful, super clean and looks new. Some of my favorites about the trailer were the bed, extra pillows and larger fridge to store all your food and beverage. Most trailers have harder beds but this was a foam mattress and my husband slept great in it!

This was such a great experience. This was my daughter and my first rv experience. I would highly recommend. Our host was amazing and super helpful. She answered all my questions before and during the trip. She even mailed us a pair of earrings we had left. I would recommend anyone to give this a try. Outdoorsyvwas affordable and easy to navigate and our host was great.

The van was clean, well maintained, and equipped with everything I needed, Reiner took the time to explain how to use all the equipment, and everything worked flawlessly. I used BC ferries to Quadra and Cortes islands with no issues. Would definitely use Island Explorer Vans again.

When we arrived at the campsite, the camper was setup and ready to go. The camper sleep 3 kids and 2 adults comfortable. Unfortunately we did not take any pics due to our busy schedule.
