Jim, is an excellent guy. Always available and promptly helpful when needed. The motor home had no issues other than a ripped up seat that was there when we picked it up and a slight leak from the toilet. Jim was taking it in after our return to get all cosmetic issues renewed and the leading toilet repaired. He seemed dedicated to offering a high quality rental experience. One other thing is, I think it would be good to have written instructions on operating the RV, including lights, generator, hook-ups, electric power and plumbing.

Wonderful first time RV experience! Our family of six fit comfortably in The Four Winds RV. Would definitely rent again. RVing allowed us to social distance and feel safe traveling during pandemic.

Fantastic trip, in a fantastic RV! Everything was top notch and Jim was great to deal with. We loved it and will rent again.
