Our Renter Julio Was very nice to work with, he gave us a complete briefing of the RV on how to properly use it, I had to call him multiple times to ask a few questions but we where able to manage everything well. The RV has a couple of small details that needed repair like the Rear ladder but he explained to us that they are already taking care of it. Also has some minor inside scratches but nothing that with give us problems on our rental. We are really happy with our first time RV Experience, We would do it again soon.

Julio was super accommodating, and available 24 hrs a day. He was patient everytime we contacted him with questions on the RV, and was very helpful. Great service.

We picked up this RV in Simi Valley, not Burbank at the request of Julio. He did not clean the RV or empty the black OR grey water tanks before we arrived. The RV had been to EDC the week prior and was covered in glitter, dirt and hair. I found someone’s false eyelashes in the mattress. There was leftover food in the cabinets and stains on everything and what looked like black mold in between the seats. The vinyl is ripping on the seats and walls and there is a huge burn mark on the table that caused the plastic to peel up and become sharp. The black water tank was not at 1/8 full like he claimed but brimming on overflowing. It made our campsite stink so horribly that surrounding neighbors were complaining. The engine makes a horrible screeching noise while you’re driving and when it overheated on the freeway on the way home Julio was completely unreachable. I have attached realistic photos of this RV as the ones online are completely inaccurate. We are working with Outdoorsy to receive a refund as this RV ruined our much anticipated vacation.

Julio’s RV was in excellent shape, very easy to operate and super user friendly. Julio was such bliss to deal with throughout the RV rental process. I highly recommend him!

Refrigerator went out, not because of a campsite power outage, we were not having issues with anything else. All our food went bad. Very easy to drive and Julio is communicative

Hola Samantha, as i explain, im really sorry about the issue with the fridge and the camp site power outage, it was out of my control at least i tried helping you over the phone to try and resolve the issue. I hope the extra time i gave you was ok to compensate for the issue with the fridge.

Julio was most helpful! He was always a text away. The RV was comfortable and reliable! We slept well and used the amenities without any issue. This was an awesome first time, RV-rental and honeymoon experience. We will cherish the memories forever.

Julio, was a great host and took a lot of time explaining how to use all the features of the vehicle. He was also very accommodating with an early pickup and a later dropoff at the end of our trip. We look forward to working with him again in the future! Great experience!

Julio was quite responsive to questions and problems. This 2018 is a little worn. For instance, We had to spend an extra 2.5 hours finding an RV repair site and then getting the side door lock/handle replaced after we took possession but before we got 30 miles.
