We would never rent an RV from Jana again. It was an escalating bad experience over the course of the 2 weeks and culminated in a confrontational and sour handoff at the end of the trip.~~~~SUMMARY OF ISSUES~~~~
-> POOR COMMUNICATION: Jana was slow to respond to texts, but quick to blame us rather than try help us out.
-> DEAD BATTERIES: We had half a day wasted dealing with dead batteries and getting them replaced. (We were blamed by Jana for running too much electrical, Camping World tested them and they were toast -- 150 CCA on a battery rated 400 CCA)
-> FRIDGE STOPPED WORKING: The fridge stopped working early in the trip and we had to buy a cooler and deal with refilling ice the rest of the trip. (We were told by Jana that the fridge should be working fine and that it was our fault for not knowing how to operate it).>>> We asked for a day refund for our hassles and were refused (Jana did repay us for the new batteries) <
-> CHIPPED WINDSHIELD: We got hit by a flying rock from oncoming traffic. We got the chip fixed immediately as we didn't want the chip to spread. (Jana accused us of aggressive driving and following traffic too closely, I asked Jana if there was insurance to cover it, she told us to check for ourselves).
-> BROKEN GLASS TOP TO SINK: The night before we dropped the RV off we had bad luck and a heavy jar fell and broke the sink top. No way we could have replaced it before drop off and we expected to pay for it’s replacement.~~~~RV RETURN~~~~
When we dropped off the RV Jana was all drama. She tried to blame every single deficiency in the RV on us: Missing screws in cabinets, filthy carpet (they were filthy to begin with -- the first night we got baking soda and did a deep clean vacuum!), half working window struts that barely kept the windows open.... and a ballpoint pen mark that was left on the couch (which was done by us but we didn't notice before returning it so we didn't clean it up).-> RV engine/wheels/axles vibrate a lot
-> Drivers side headlight burnt out
-> Loose screw holding bathroom vent knob (no screw driver on board to put back in)
-> Side window "hydraulic" struts that hold them open mostly broken
-> Window fly screen has a hole
-> Kitchen sink leaks into cabinet underneath
-> Hoses in shower and on toilet leak
-> Kitchen faucet flies off and sprays everywhere
-> Kitchen cabinet drawers bottoms all falling out
-> Cabinet handles are loosening up and one of the cabinets in the back has a hinge that isn't attached.
-> BBQ is filthy, it needs cleaned badly (unusable in current state)
-> Switch on back of passenger seat that lowers and raises falls out
-> Light above drivers head in overhead bed is broken
-> Propane stove top pot holder broken
-> Main door needs to be slammed to close
-> Driver side windshield water fluid hose was broken (we fixed it)

Just can not say enough, Jana wanted to make sure that we had a great and uneventful time! We had some connection issues with the satellite Tv and when I sent her a message and she called me right away and got Direct TV on the phone to trouble shoot.
Needless to say we got the TV working, then when getting the Rig packed up to go home I couldn't figure out why the slide out would not close, and once again I had to call Jana and sure enough she talked me through the process and soon home bound.
I have rented before but not like this unit, it is very nice has everything you would need for 2 days or 7days, very easy to drive. She has everything you need to grill out on board, it also has different pans to cook in and dishes. The fridge is big and has a freezer, our 4 little dogs were welcomed which made our vacation that much better! The bed was very comfortable also. The bathroom actually had room to turn around in. This has been by far the best rental we rented!! We even had a dinner party at our Rental, lots of room when you turn the captains chairs around and they make into a recliner chair.... I would rent again from Jana hands down!! Thx Jana for making our 7 days as awesome as you.
