Ken was very friendly and took time to walk us through the ins-and-outs on the truck and camper before we started our trip.

My wife and I rented Yrtle for two weeks to do The Grand Circle trip in a two week time frame.This was one of the best trips of our lives, aside from all the sites and experiences we had along the way, I can’t say enough about doing it in Yrtle! From the convenience of traveling with “your home” just behind you, to the numerous conversations and interest that this rig inspires in people…I wouldn’t have done it any other way! This has always been a bucket list experience that I have always wanted to check off and it did not disappoint!We felt more than comfortable driving her around on the highways and never felt intimidated taking her on the dirt roads ( legally of course ) to see all the nooks and crannies that the southwest has to offer. The truck performed flawlessly and all the information ( written and video ) that Ken supplies to you to make you feel like it is your own is more than enough to give you the confidence to play it off as if this is your normal day to day life. If I had any questions or concerns ( which there were very few of ) about anything along the way or having to do with Yrtle, Ken was always available and very responsive which provided a tremendous amount of comfort and confidence attempting something we had never done before. We are truly thankful for this trip and experience.I would 1000% rent Yrtle again and to be honest I actually started looking for my own once we had returned home.Thank you again Ken!

Renting the Drifter van for my journey was an incredible choice. It was clean, cozy, and had all the essentials.I explored breathtaking landscapes with towering mountains, peaceful lakes, and lush forests. One highlight was discovering a secluded camping spot in Sedona. It felt like pure magic.The freedom of van travel allowed me to go wherever I pleased and uncover hidden gems along the way. Being immersed in nature brought me peace and reminded me of the beauty that surrounds us.The Drifter adventure was absolutely unforgettable. If you're seeking an amazing journey, rent a van and create your own treasured memories.

Performance ratio is not quite rightTrip was great, car is good, but the camper now has some defects. Here are some examples:
* side window at the top right does not open
* cabinet next to refrigerator defective
* refrigerator door defective
* shower head defective
* 4-wheel drive squeaks strangely
* camper was not properly cleaned at the start (e.g.: hair and chip residues in the compartment next to the bed; coffee stains on sheets; mold in the refrigerator).Owner is rather petty with regard to final billing

Ridiculous. Typical complaint from someone who said they had a great time throughout their trip but didn’t like being charged for a lost fuel cap resulting in a check engine light. Here’s a tip - when you take someone’s camper out on a trip you should bring it back with all of the components you left with.As with all of my guests we went through the camper in detail prior to the guest signing the departure forms. At no time we’re any cleanliness issues raised or complaints about the camper. If you are renting Yertle for the spice rack you are out of luck.
