The hosts, Debbie and Blaine, are absolutely wonderful people! They were amazingly helpful and kind. The Bella Rosa was very clean, easy to drive and full of thoughtful bonus amenities for guests. We did need a quick repair during our trip, but Outdoorsy, Debbie and Blaine were phenomenal in getting help sent our way quickly. One hour and a very pleasant repair technician visit later and we were on our way! We loved our vacation and the great accommodations--it's the best RV rental we've had to date. If you're thinking about renting, look no further--this one's a winner! :)

This was our first time ever driving an RV and I would say the trip was a success! I traveled with my mom and son. The three of us were comfortable during the drive. Camping was even more fun! We enjoyed the comfy beds with amazing sheets! Debbie definitely puts her heart into the details of this RV, making it feel cozy and like home.

Exceptional hosts and spectacular vehicle. The Bella Rosa delivered more than we’d hoped for. As a veteran - I’ve missed births, birthdays, holidays, and so many other moments in the lives of my Bride and children. To have not only a vehicle, but hosts as well, who were beyond dependable and highly proactive was a real blessing. Until next time, Bella Rosa … a sincere thank you.

We loved our trip with the Bella Rosa…we just added our pillows, clothes and food—everything else you’d need for a camping trip was in the rig!

Our experience with renting the Bella Rosa was wonderful! Once we got the hang of the systems, everything worked perfectly! Air conditioning, heat, fridge, hot water - it was all as Debbie and Blaine explained and worked well for the entire two weeks. It drove like a dream even on the windy mountain passes. Debbie and Blaine were wonderful to work with took a lot of time explaining everything before we left. We look forward to renting from them again! We first time RVers feel blessed to have had this vehicle for our maiden voyage.

Sarah, I am sorry you did not have a good time in our Bella Rosa. Had you taken the RV in to get it fixed, as we asked you to do, it would have been fixed in about 15 min's because it was just a fuse issue. We know this because we had our RV guy to come in and fix it after you returned. We didn't even question how much the repair guy was charging you, because it didn't matter, we just wanted you to get it fixed. We asked you to have him call us and we would pay whatever the charge was. We just wanted you to get it fixed so you could enjoy the rest of your trip...but you didn't take it in to get it repaired!! What else could we do? So, when we found out how upset you were, we refunded your money IN FULL. What more could we do? We could not help that the RV did what it did. We tried to help by telling you to take it in to get it fixed and you didn't! Not sure what we could have done differently...

Owners are very pleasant and gave us good first timers useful training but we still had to learn a lot on our own, which was part of the experience. We figured out that when the refrigerator would not stay on battery or gas unplugging the RV, waiting 30 Sec and plugging back in worked every time. Resetting the kitchen GFI also helped getting stuff working. Lots of moving parts to get used to. We'd like to plan another trip with Bella Rosa when WiFi service improves when on the road and in RV parks.

Starting with the owners, our experience was fantastic. Couldn't ask for nicer, more caring people. Their communication was clear and prompt. As for the RV itself, this is the best vacation we have ever had. We stayed in this for two weeks and I could have easily done two more. Very comfortable, lots of room, very clean, and really fun. I will tell anyone who is looking to rent an RV to check this out, for sure!

The Bella Rosa is a beautiful vehicle it was perfect for our trip! Very efficient & easy to drive. The accommodations this RV offers are great! The RV is compact but very spacious inside I was quite impressed with the size of the bathroom & the kitchen area. It was easy to prepare meals and there’s lots of storage space. Debbie and Blaine are amazing people very easy to contact their support helped make our trip wonderful!

My family and I decided to spend some quarantine time in beautiful locations. Campgrounds were only open to RVs due to COVID19. We had never been in or used an RV before. But we fell in love with the Bella Rosa! We had a wonderful experience with Debbie and Blaine. They really took the time to go over everything with us to make sure we felt comfortable doing everything on our own. They were responsive to messages when we had questions during the trip. They were great. We had a wonderful time and I have already recommended Debbie and Blaine to many friends! I would definitely rent from them again in the future.
