I don't think there is a more patient renter (owner) than Josh. He put up with me for hours (literally), from helping me to find the ideal campground, to guiding me through the renting process, answering to all of my questions very patiently. We even ran into a little issue while camping and he was very diligent in resolving it. The trailer was just as described, we are a family of 4 and we felt very comfortable. We highly recommend this renter and we hope to rent from Josh again in the future.

Great RV! Josh and Carmen made it really easy for us - they had the RV set up and ready to go when we got to the campsite. They even had a solar panel hooked up and ready as we did not have power at the campsite. Camping has never been so easy. Highly recommend!

Our family of three had a wonderful week in this spacious and beautifully designed trailer. Our daughter loved the bunks. The heating and air conditioning worked great, and everything was super clean. The owners were very responsive and helpful. Having Josh deliver and set up the trailer for us in Banff made the trip relaxing and easy. We would definitely rent from him again.

We had a great time renting Josh's RV. It was super clean and modern inside. Josh's communication was excellent. It was our first time renting a trailer, so we had a lot of questions for him, even while on our trip. He was very patient with all of my questions and answered them thoroughly and quickly. We'd definitely rent from him again.

Josh was a great help to us helping me with my trailer hitch and getting me in the road. Very beautiful inside with the modern charm made our stay so incredible and enjoyable we definitely recommend this trailer to anyone.

We normally camp in a tent but wanted to expose our 4 month old to the joys of camping, in a warm and fun way! Josh’s trailer quickly became our home away from home and we were able to create some amazing memories with our little one. The size was perfect and we used the bottom bunk for nap time and to put our little one to sleep...perfect distance from our bed! It also provides enough space to lounge in for those cold or rainy days. Our mattress was extremely comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked with supplies you would need for cooking. We are extremely new to camping in a trailer and didn’t quite understand how the battery works so I recommend booking a camp site that has hookups! But Josh was extremely patient with us and helped us come up with a solution to keep the trailer warm and functioning.

Unfortunately, due to COVID-19 we had to cancel our trip. Josh was great to work with the entire time and provided a full refund. We hope to make the trip next year and book with him again.

This trailer provided a perfect experience for us! Baby’s first camping trip was a success! It was surprisingly roomy and was nice and toasty as it snowed throughout our stay. Josh was super kind and provided pick up and delivery which was extremely convenient :) would definitely do this again!
