Steven is AMAZING with communication. From initial questions about making a reservation to what to bring he is on point. Responds very quickly to messages. He really took the time to make sure we understood all the different systems on the rig. We did still find the AC confusing, perhaps a written guide In addition to the manual would helpful. He has a checklist onboard to make sure all points are covered as you prepare to head home. The rig is well cared for and was clean. Lots of space. Very comfortable for 3 adults. Kitchen supplies are basic (needed a colander for pasta) so bring anything special you may need. There is an induction plate that was awesome. Steven even had a little welcome aboard bucket with snacks and treats. The diesel was so much better than the 2 gas rigs we have rented. We would take Maddie out again.
