Our host gave us the 5-star treatment from start to finish. Vicki picked us up at the airport and quickly checked us in getting us on our way. She provided several items that we would have had to locate and purchase which again made our trip start easy and comfortable. (cooler, step stool, bear spray)...and at the end of our trip she dropped us off at the ticket counter entrance. Couldn't be any easier travel.
The Van we used was in good condition and served us well. Plenty of luggage storage for the 8 of us adults on the trip. It wasn't half bad on gas mileage also. I'm sad that Vicki doesn't have van rentals all over the US because it's much better than a rental car dealership that we usually use. I think I'll try Outdoorsy again next year for our trip thru Maine and Nova Scotia. I just hope whoever I get can match the service and quality we got with Vicki!!

Vicky is topnotch. Vicky is a great communicator and timely to respond to questions. She was right on time meeting us at the airport even though our flight was delayed by 2 hours or more. When we arrived at her house to return the van she was right there to take us to the airport. Van was clean and well maintained. Very happy with the rental. Hope to rent from her again on another trip.

We had a 2 week vacation and visited Banff, Jasper, Yoho, and Glacier national parks. This vehicle was a blessing for our large family because of the vans easy drive, roomy inside, and extra bonus for luggage on that top rack! The owner was Incredible to us. I had contacted her numerous times up to our trip about various things and she was always quick to respond and very knowledgeable about the area and the parks system. She also provided a large cooler for us to keep all of our items in and it was very helpful as we were bouncing around and didn’t want to grocery shop often. Without this rental our long road trips would not have been as enjoyable. Everyone had space for luggage and naps 😉 we will 💯 percent rent from them again! And hopefully sooner than later 🤩

Great experience. Excellent communication and service. Perfect in every way. Would recommend highly. We had 10 passengers in the van for 8 days of traveling through Glacier National Park and it was great.

Vicky, Unfortunately on our first day headed back from Big Fork a gravel truck passed and threw a rock on his way by hitting and putting a circular crack on the lower passenger side front window. Very sorry but other than that the Van worked perfectly and we very much enjoyed our 2 day in and around the Glacier Park area. Let
me know how to proceed with dealing with the windshield damage. Dave.
