What a great experience! From the start, Benjamin was quick with responses and very accommodating with our timeline. The trailer was just the right size for our family: 2 adults, 3 kids ages 6, 7 and 11. This was our first time using a camper and Benjamin made sure we were familiar with everything from towing to tanks, even providing some cleaning materials to use while camping. We took it up to Snowflake, Az and then to Canyon de Chelly, Az and didn't have any issues whatsoever. We would certainly use this trailer again and recommend Benjamin to anyone.
