About Texas Camper Rental

We started out tent camping, bought our 1st Pop-up at a Garage Sale and rebuilt it, moved on to a bigger Pop-up and then a Trailmanor. When we sold a house and had no place to store a camper we sold the camper and then went back to tent camping - while hiking tall mountains (Pike's Peak & Mt. Whitney were amazing!). Then while doing a few days on the Appalachian Trail a horrific thunderstorm seemed to take away some of the zest for tent camping for my wife and we came back to campers! Love helping people take their first camping trip and experiencing the outdoors.

This is a great little camper. We enjoyed a weekend away in Broken Bow. Easy to tow with my Ram 1500. Everything was explained clearly and the camper was in great condition.

We keep going back to rent from John (two trips so far and a third one in the planning stages) because he is great to work with. He is very patient and thorough in showing us how everything works, and was available to answer questions while we were on our trip. We had a great trip with the RPod, which was very easy to tow. After our last trip, John showed us another RV he thought we might like, and we are going to try it next.

Our family of 5 love this RV. it is perfect with all amenities. Easy to drive, park and hook up. We have gone short 2 to 6 hour drive time trips and it handled well on both. Also, John is great to rent from. No hassles. Great experience all around!

We had an amazing Thanksgiving Break in the Hill Country with our family. John was wonderful and helped us get to and from the airport and the RV was ready to go. This RV had lots of sunlight, plenty of space for storing our items and plenty of space for us to roam around. The memory foam mattress was a bonus. We would definitely book again, thanks for sharing the RV with us!

We had a great time on our trip. John was very helpful, knowing this was our first time with a travel trailer. He answered all our questions, and provided a very helpful written guide ahead of our trip. It answered questions we didn’t know we had! At pickup he walked us through everything we needed to know.
