The RV was everything we were looking for in our short trip. Mark is an awesome person to rent from. He was available to answer questions, provided a great youtube walk-thru video to refer to during the trip if needed and was just a nice guy which is underrated these days.

I am actually surprised to see this motor home still listed on Outdoorsy and it further verifies how private RV rentals are a complete gamble. This RV had expired tags when it was rented to me!! Let's start with the owner/renter. Picking up and dropping off was easy and no other hassles after getting rid of RV. Reservation and transaction was very lacked and confusing. It was almost uneasy wondering who and where we were contacting. Several different names of contact, none of them Marky Mark. That being said, everyone we were in contact with was polite and helpful. There were delays in communication at times. Now for the real reason for star ratings. The actual rental motor home. Hard to know where to begin but lets start with the obvious. The inside smelled horrible and was only compounded by the massive amounts of air fresheners. The fridge was even worse, smelled of rotten fish. The baking sodas were completely absorbed with foulness. I replaced one with our own fridge baking soda (you're welcome). The tires were all flat, some below 20 psi. Cracked windshield. The brakes and hub caps had mud packed in them. Right after we picked up and drove home the vent shade flew off on Sunrise Blvd. It was closed during walk around. First night we found out there was an ant colony on board and got into all our dry goods. Wasp nest in the left front of the body or door frame that we noticed the first afternoon when walking by the driver door. Sewer hose mixed in with fresh water and other stowage items. The campsite reeked of sewer gas and we thought it was the campground. Turned out it was the blank tank vent which was separated under the chassis somewhere that we couldn't locate, so we located our camp upwind of the motor home. Bottom line is STAY AWAY from THIS ONE! I wish I could have got a refund. Almost $1000 was a rip off and I'll just stay in a cabin next time.

We have rented serval R.V.s over the last few years. We love camping and traveling. We have never had a bad experience until now. This was the a broken, disgusting, smelly and overall huge disappointment. Nothing on the R.V. worked. The fridge wasn’t cold or didn’t stay cold. All our food was ruined. When we would ask Mark for assistance he just would say, ''oh it should work''. The shower didn’t work at all, water just sprayed out of the wrong places. No A.C! In fact we asked specifically if there was A.C. and he said yes. When asking for Marks assistance he again would say, ''it should work''. Literally 2 minutes after leaving the check engine light came on (he said thats normal). The windows didn’t work well. Stuff was randomly popping off the R.V. like plates and caps. The shade awning literally was just a mess of random parts that were rapped and rolled up. I specifically asked Marks wife if it was in working over and she told me yes. The list goes on and on....When we called for assistance, there was no help, just his answer of, oh that should work. This was a pile of crap. I would of rather slept in a car. This is a matter of renting out crap and hoping he can get away with it and make money.

The vehicle was clean, spacious and well taken care of. Marky and his family made pickup and drop off simple and were very flexible. Overall the experience was top notch and I would rent from them again!
