Communication with the owner was good while booking. Owner seemed to be in a rush when picking up the trailer. The owner had not inspected or cleaned the trailer including bedding prior to our pick up. The trailer had multiple mechanical issues on top of the lack of cleanliness. The trailer was provided with out leveling blocks and insufficient equipment to dump the black/grey water. There was no room in the trailer to pack our personnel belongings as all storage was occupied with the owners items. I would not recommend this rental unless the owner does a proper cleaning and divulges all mechanical issues prior to pick up. The owner on their own accord was unwilling to provide any refund on the unusually high rental fee.

I would recommend this RV. It was kid friendly. Ian responded to questions prior to the trip so we could prepare.
