Easy pickup. Alex covered everything we needed to know to operate thr RV. Even included a gift pack of items. Very thoughtful! Only had one issue on the trip that was handled immediately. Return was even easier than pickup. We were very satisfied with the experience and would strongly consider renting from them again.

My husband, myself and our 4 kids drove from Texas to Florida in the Minnie Winnie and it was such an amazing experience! The kids had room to lounge, there was plenty of space for dry and cold foods, as well as storage for all of all our beach necessities. The owners were also so incredibly kind, leaving dvd’s, games and even a goodie bag with a sweet note! Can’t wait for our next trip!

Alex top-notch host! Saved the day when our travel trailer that hasn't been used since pre-COVID was not as travel-ready as we thought. Minnie-Winnie perfect size, the unlimited miles & generator hours is unheard of generous!!

Alex provided a truly remarkable first time RV experience for my family and I. He takes his time when you pick up the RV to properly explain everything in detail. There is also a guidebook for any questions you may have, and they were extremely responsive via message/text to help us out during the first couple days as we got the hang of it.

The RV itself is great! They have some nice extras if you want to add them and the RV has everything you can think of to get you off and running (paper plates, toilet paper, games, DVDs, charging cables - this was HUGE!).

Can't say enough great things. You're in great hands here. :)

Thanks to Bemo we had a wonderful Texas vacation. This was our first RV experience. Alex and Erica were extremely prompt at answering questions when deciding which vehicle suited our needs. They had many options on RVs to choose from compared to some other companies. We went with the Minnie Winnie. Upon pickup Alex spent over an hour answering more questions and going over every detail about the vehicle function. He was extremely personable and had many tips on keeping a safe and smooth trip. We were also surprised to see a Bemo gift bag with surprises for my kids that were well thought out. Even the DVD movie selections were catered to their ages! The staff at Bemo were extremely organized. They left a binder for us with RV “cliff notes”, just in case we forget some minor details. It also contained contact information for all the staff at Bemo. They said text or call anytime. This was comforting given it being our first RV adventure. The RV itself was in good shape and very clean! We had driven from San Antonio to Fort Worth to Big Bend National Park (camped there for 2 nights) then returned to San Antonio. It was a lot of driving but what a trip!!! Neither me nor my husband are used to driving large size vehicles, but we felt pretty safe driving our family through even the rougher roads in the National Park.
We would definitely recommend renting from them. They were such a good group and so easy to work with. I feel in many areas they went over and beyond to make our experience as easy as possible. Our family came all the way from Boston to experience Texas and Bemo made that happen. I can’t tell you how much better it was to have the support and great RV on our road trip! Highly recommended!!

Our family rented an RV from Alex for a trip to Colorado. It was a great experience. Alex did a great job doing a walk through with us to explain how things worked and was available for guidance throughout our trip. We had a fun time on our trip and using the RV and would definitely do it again.

Took a West Texas trip with the family. The RV was perfect! They delivered it and picked it up from our home. Would highly recommend and will use them in the future.

Clean, stocked with all the necessities, full tank of gas & ready to go ! We loved the unlimited miles while traveling in the Winnegago. (other sites charge per mile each day). These owners thought of all the details, you'll be surprised by the long list of items that come with this rental. Easy to drive vehicle - we also appreciated the "walk through" provided by the owners at the start of our trip. Even comes with a written "checklist" for your set ups at the camp site. Age appropriate games and movies for our 2 kids were very thoughtful. You cannot go wrong with this RV rental.

We rented for a birthday trip for my wife and were greeted with birthday decor, a goodie/snack bag as well as a wonderful gift my wife absolutely adored.

RV is taken well care.of by owners, ran smoothly on trip and gave us no issues. It is obvious they care about creating an easy,worry free trip experience for their renters.

This was by far one of the easiest and most pleasant rental experiences I have had. The pick up was super easy and Humberto gave an awesome introduction to the RV and explained everything in straight forward terms. The RV was spotless, as in professionally detailed!! well maintained and they had included everything you could think of to make the trip easy. (spare phone chargers and cords, paper plates, utensils, paper towels cups..the list goes on). As for camping in the RV, while it says will sleep 8, understand we are not all created equal and size matters!! If it is adults only I would say 4/5 would be maximum occupancy so as to not feel cramped.
At the end of the trip Alex arranged to come to the house and pick the RV up, again super helpful and made the whole experience really great.
Would rent from them again in a heartbeat.

Alex and Erica were really great and very helpful. They were organized and did a great job explaining the operation of the RV. There was a nice gift bag of snacks waiting for us in the RV on departure day which we enjoyed. RV worked perfectly and was easy to operate. We would rent from them again.

Alex and Erica jumped into action to help our family pull off a last- minute trip for the kids to see a Blue Origin rocket launch. We look forward to renting from them again.
