We did not rent Courtney's trailer due to reasons beyond our control.
But, Courtney was excellent in helping us to get our money back from Outdoorsy when we were not having much success for a couple days.
However, I should note that once Outdoorsy was able to assist us with the cancellation, they were very helpful, and gave us a $50 credit on next rental.
