This was my 1st time renting a travel trailer and Carlos made it a smooth experience. Was flexible with the pickup/drop off times. Trailer was clean and everything worked as it should. I had a great time with my family at fort wilderness, I will be renting from Carlos again.

We had fun with this RV at fort wilderness . It was the perfect size for our family of four and fit perfectly on their Tent/ Pop up Campsites . Air was nice and cold and toilet worked great . We didn’t use the shower, just used the comfort stations but it was bigger than I expected and I’m sure worked well . The music you could turn on inside and out of the RV was very nice . The bed was comfortable but I think if they changed to a soft fabric mattress protector it would have been nicer to sleep on than the plastic one which kind of makes you radiate heat . The drop off and pick up process was super easy and Carlos and Angela are quick to respond to messages and very accommodating . Thank you all for a great trip !

Carlos was prompt on Delivery and Pickup. He explained everything about the RV operation with patience. RV was clean and had everything needed for the camping. Angela was great help providing personalized quote and booking. Thank you Carlos and Angela

We really enjoyed our stay. Carlos and Angela were great communicators. They set the camper up for us and took it down at no extra charge. We were so pleased with how it went and would absolutely use them again!

We needed a RV at the last minute for one of my talents on a shoot. Carlos and Angela were not only willing to accommodate us; they were prompted, set up everything, quick to respond, and we didn't have any issues with their camper. I would most definitely rent from them again.
