1) system automatically booked a trip within 24 hours. Could not get the rv ready in a short period time. I have changed the system settings to require 10 day notice to process the transaction. Learning curve for us with the outdoorsy process.
2) all the drivers were never verified through the system. Policy states not to release any rv if drivers are not verified.
