We were first timers with an RV and needed a pet friendly host. Brian was lovely and generous with his time showing us the ropes. He was also responsive when anything went awry while we were on the road, and kind when we returned the vehicle with a some damage sustained on our last day on the road that required an insurance claim. 😬 Sorry again Brian.

We managed okay as we had an idea from years ago when we travelled from Ontario to Alberta to visit family and see the Rocky Mountains. This was similar as we were going north to have time visiting family in northern Ontario plus camp and enjoy hiking trails plus sit back and relax. The motor coach was a bit cramped as we had our 2 dogs with us so we made adjust to make sure we were all comfortable. We would love to be able to do a trip like this again next year.

Brian was very helpful! Very good overview of the Rv. The Rv is very clean and stocked well with all u will need. Driving lessons were very through and appreciated.
Would rent again hands down!!
Even checked in with us to see how we were doing or had any questions!!

We have just retuned from a lovely trip with our family of 4 to New Brunswick. Brian was a pleasure to deal with. He was accommodating, thorough and responsive from booking to return. The RV itself was the perfect size for a family of 4 (2 adults/2 teenagers). It was fully stocked! You won't need to pack a thing. A few times while we were on the road we had questions and Brian responded through the Outdoorsy platform almost immediately. We would not think twice about renting from Brian again.

We loved the ease and simplicity of this RV! Easy to use for first timers, the vehicle runs great! Brain was very through showing us how to use everything. We were off grid and had zero issues. Highly recommend 👌

Our experience with Brian and his RV (who we named Rosie) was spectacular!
Brian was quick to respond to all questions and asked us how our trip was going along the way.
Rosie is sweet! All kinds of storage space and very easy to drive.
All of the sleeping spots were surprisingly comfortable and our daughter loved the bunkie. But not on one stormy night 😀
Brian figured out what we owed from the deposit (for extra kms) and returned the rest super fast, within a couple of days.
We look forward to more adventures with Rosie, the East coast is our next RV destination.

We had a fantastic experience. Brian was very helpful and informative. Was very quick to respond to any questions and made the whole experience seamless and easy! Very grateful- we got to be almost home for Christmas because of this rental!

We had a great experience using Outdoorsy. We were able to chose the type of vehicle we wanted to rent and then we were able to find Brian who was close to us. His motor home was clean and comfortable and we had a great time. Brian took the time to go over everything with me and even took me out for a road test to run through any issues I might have with driving the motor home. We had a great TG weekend and it convinced my wife and I to look for a motor home for ourselves to buy. I highly recommend this app for its ease of use and to Brain and his family for allowing us to use their motor home.

Can only rate communications.... Communication with Brian was excellent and easy, replies fast and good. We had to ca ncel the rent as covid 19 stoped our travel plans... Brian was really helpfull during the waiting and decision making time and very fair to fully refund us.
We will for sure rent in summer 2021 if we travel Canada then
