The first day and half was great got see Niagara Falls. But then the air conditioning went out and we had to cut the trip off at 830am on Monday.

Everything went great. Had no problem running everything. Easy up easy down. Very quick to respond and very helpful if you run into an issue or have a question. Very polite and informative. I would rent from him again. Thank you Kim

The RV was fairly new and in immaculate condition. We were grateful for Kim spending time carefully explaining how to operate the RV from top to bottom and providing a helpful test drive. He stocked the RV with many useful amenities. During our vacation, Kim was available to answer questions on a couple minor issues. We enjoyed a memorable vacation, highly recommend this rental and hope to rent from Kim again soon!

Unfortunately, I had to cancel this RV reservation due to a mistake that was 100% my fault.
I do want to make a comment, however, about the owner, Kim. When I realized my mistake, Kim responded with speed, grace and kindness. His understanding and professionalism speaks volumes, I'm sure, about the full rental experience one would have if they rented his RV.

This was our first RV experience and Kim spent a lot of time with us, when we picked up the vehicle, to teach is everything and took us on a test drive. This made it much easier during our trip. The RV was clean and looks just like the pictures. The communication was helpful and if we had any questions Kim was only a text away. We made some great family memories! Thank you again Kim!

We had a terrific experience with Kim's RV. Once we made contact, we had a chance to see the RV, go through a practice drive with Kim, and an overview of how the RV worked. Kim was always available to answer questions we had. The RV was in perfect working order and very clean and well maintained. The beds were very comfortable and 6 adults were able to sleep in the RV. We had to use the air conditioner and heater, and both worked very efficiently. The driver's seat was very comfortable and made the long drives easier. We hope to use the RV again in the future!
