The RV was wonderful. It was delivered on time. The set up required no instructions. The dining table easily fit 6, maybe more. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was large for an RV. We will likely book again in the future. Thank you so much!

Aubrey was really nice and easy to work with. She replied back to messages quickly. The trailer was clean and it was really nice being able to get to the campsite having everything set up already. I also liked that the delivery driver upon pickup wanted to know if there were any maintenance concerns that we noticed so they could get the issue fixed.

This trailer is gorgeous and very comfortable. I’ve never slept on a more comfortable mattress while camping. Aubrey and her delivery driver were wonderful to work with. They answered all of my questions and were very attentive. The fireplace was an extra delight on a cold evening. We will be renting from Aubrey again.

Everything was fine. It was explained before we went that we were disabled and that’s why we were going. this route…my husband wears a catheter and unfortunately it leaked…. We washed the bedding and sadly in the dryer the cover of the bunkbed melted …We offered to replace it and we were told it would be taken out of our deposit, and that the mattress needed to be replaced also …but there wasn’t any damage to the mattress that we could see…contacting Aubrey we were told it all had to be replaced….we then contacted her for cost and although responsive before she has not answered us with how much it would cost and how much of a deposit we would get back so we’re not understanding that …apologies have been made… it is a medical situation and nothing that could of been done differently except that a waterproof mattress cover would’ve sufficed! We are disabled..my husband being a disabled veteran and both on Social Security …..we cannot afford to have our deposit taken on top of all we’ve paid already ….without an explanation or invoice of the cost….Patricia

Aubrey was a great host. Responds quickly. It was so nice to have the trailer delivered and set up for us, after driving 5 1/2 hrs to our KOA. We just unpacked our car and enjoyed our time. The trailer was perfect for 4 people. We will be using Aubrey again next year!

We loved this trailer!! So cute, clean, and we’ll-stocked. It arrived, they set it up, and did an operational walk-through. Everything was in good working order and we had a great time! Will definitely rent from them again.
