5About Tosif Aliyev
I enjoy building/engineering things and camping. Van story: It all started when I wanted to rent a small camper for my camping trip, but to my surprise, I could not find any, or at least at a reasonable price. I did not want RV even class B would have been big for me. I wanted something small, easy to drive and park, and also stealthy so I could just park anywhere and spend a night and go on my trip. I was having a hard time finding the van that would meet my criteria, and that was when I decided I would build my own. This was also a good excuse for my building appetite. And Boom! This CamperVan was born. This is my first van built, and I enjoyed every minute of it. I also built this van with the intention to live in it full time, but I don't; maybe someday:)

Tosif was so thoughtful and very communicative throughout the trip. The van is set up well and provides plenty of space for everything we needed. This was a great experience for beginner van campers like us!

Had the most amazing time in Tosif’s incredible van. We spent a month on the road and the setup was beyond perfect. Van itself drives great and parks easily. Kitchen setup was ace and the powered cooler and solar array were invaluable. Tosif was an awesome host and went above and beyond with preparing the van as we had a longer trip. Storage was sufficient and the bed was cosy and comfortable. All in all, can’t recommend enough, this was a dream van rental and a real diamond amongst so many other listings.

Great experience! Our trip was 7 days going up Hwy 1 from Santa Cruz to a little north of Fort Bragg. The van was comfortable and smartly designed to meet the needs for such a trip. There was plenty of storage and the bed was very comfortable. All the pots, pans, plates and utensils were there for meals. Consumables like soap and paper towels were also provided. Even had coffee filters. Plenty of fuel for the propane stove. The refrigerator had plenty of room. There wasn't really anything, other than food, we needed to bring along. Everything for making meals was right there. The sink had a nice electric pump faucet. The fresh and grey water bottles were easily accessible so emptying the grey and filling the fresh was a quick job. The van was certainly nice but what really made the rental great was Tosif's genuine interest in us having a good time. He made sure all our questions and/or concerns were addressed. He took a great deal of time explaining what was in the van and how to use everything. His design of the van is a great combination of stealth from the outside and all the creature comforts on the inside. All in all a wonderful trip. Wouldn't hesitate for a second renting this van again.

Absolutely fantastic! My sister and I rented this van for a week and went to Yosemite Valley and several spots on the Northern California coast. The van is very thoughtfully designed, has helpful written directions/reminders in it, and has everything you need: good storage space, solar panel to charge batteries/phones/etc., sink with running water for dishes, full kitchen + cooking equipment, a Dometic fridge, blankets, pillows, and a super comfortable bed. We slept so well! The inside cabin area is very nicely decorated with light wood panelling & cabinets, and dimming lights above the bed. It's also quite discreet and one wouldn't necessarily know it's a camper van by just looking at it, and the smaller size makes for a relatively easier drive on the winding mountain roads. Only challenge was that it's not great for driving at night on dark roads because the headlights aren't super bright, but we always got to our campsite by nightfall.
Also, Tosif is an amazing host, and was so responsive and helpful to all of our needs, whatever or whenever they were. He is very thoughtful and generous and sets everything up to make sure you have the best trip possible. Thank you Tosif! Overall, we definitely recommend this van if you are 1-2 people looking for a smooth, fun, and well-resourced trip around northern CA!

I had a fantastic time using Tosif’s van. I took a solo trip up and down highway one, the van did great the whole way. I had plenty of space in the bed as it expanded!

It was nice to have a smaller van rather than a large one. It felt stealthier and didn’t draw as much attention. It had all the chargers you’d ever need, good size fridge, stove, and all the utensils/Tupperware/general supplies I needed. The storage underneath was helpful to hide my bike and not draw too much attention.

Small van, well appointed, with big value on service. Pickup was convenient, efficient and clear on instructions. Lots of attention to small details and provisions, and everything clean and in good working order. Tosif was very pleasant and quickly responded to messages and questions.

Though we picked a horrible week for our adventure (fires and smoke), we still had a great time. The van is perfect for what we wanted. The bed could not be more comfortable! I am 6' 2", and I slept fine with just enough room without having to go at an angle. Tosif has done an incredible job at setting up the van and its systems. Everything works perfectly. It is so nice to have a fridge that is always on and cold. The lights in the van are great - from mood lighting to removable lights you can stick to the side of the van outside, he's got it all. Don't underestimate the capabilities of this van!!

What a great experience working with Tosif and renting his incredible camper van! Since it was my first time booking through Outdoorsy, I had a lot of questions. Tosif did not hesitate to answer every single question we had before we actually booked. The van was better than we expected -Tosif’s attention to detail in building his van was incredible! We were on the road for 14 days and did not have any issues. If we had a question, Tosif was just a text away! I would absolutely recommend renting this van and working with Tosif!

We had an amazing trip in this camper van! Everything was so well thought out and cozy. The solar panels had enough energy to keep the fridge running the whole time and even the fan on all night. The LED dimmer lights made the van super cozy and all of the amenities (propane stove, pots/pans, cooking utensils) were so needed and perfect for us. This van even had all the phone chargers and outlets for us, and had thoughtful touches like coffee/tea, salt/pepper, and the sun visor for the front window to manage super hot days parked in the sun. This was our first time taking a camper van all across Northern California through the mountains and volcanos and it could not have been better! We will definitely be renting this again in the future!

Tosif was very accommodating throughout the entire rental period. The van was perfect for my girlfriend and I and definitely gave us a nice escape from the city that we were looking for. It also gave us a sample of what Van life might be like full time as we took a longer trip (9 days). The van did a great job and gave me some of my best sleep outdoors. I would definitely book with Tosif again in the future.
