I might just stop using Outdoorsy after this experience. I just seem to be getting the bad end of the deal year after year with campers that have multiple issues. I’ve never left a negative post like this for Outdoorsy or any of my hosts. But today is different.
The last family that I rented a camper from admitted that they had issues with the awning and then discussed blaming me for the awning problems. Also the hitch failed me on my trip and cost me an hour of my trip to work on it. Now they are blaming me for that as well.
I’ll say it again. I have never left such a bad review on Outdoorsy and I have never received any bad reviews from the last 4 or 5 times that I rented campers through Outdoorsy.
I was also waiting to give my review until I could find out how the host intended to handle this. There were a number of other problems with the camper that I’m not even gonna last.

We had a great trip with the Wolf Pup! The camper was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Jen was very communicative and helpful before and after our trip. We highly recommend the Wolf Pup for your next adventure.

Everything went great. Jennifer did an amazing job explaining everything when we picked up the camper. Easy to pull up to Dillon reservoir with our F150 Powerboost.

We were complete novices when it comes to trailers and campers but Jennifer and her husband did a great job explaining everything. Camper was clean and had everything we needed. A queen bed for me and my husband, bunk beds for 2 of my kids, and the dining table turned into a bed for my youngest kiddo. The AC was great when it was hot.

Couldn’t have wished for a better experience. The camper was well maintained, comfortable and spacious. Jennifer was incredibly helpful and responsive. It was our first time renting through Outdoorsy which was seamless. We’ll definitely keep this camper in mind next time we rent.

I first have to say that Jen and Julio were outstanding to work with! When we arrived at their home to pick the rig up it was ready to go and Julio went through all of the functions in great detail. They also added several extra's that were very beneficial like outdoor rug and extra water cans. They also offer extra power generation which also worked flawlessly. As far as the camper size it was very roomy and had all then amenities you would need and towing was very easy through the Colorado Mountians. my wife and I will for sure be renting from them in the future.

The camper trailer was amazing for the week and the host, Jen, was great to work with. The camper had everything we needed and it was very easy to operate. Jen was super accommodating, she made the whole process very easy. Rent this!
