AMAZING!!! Lauren in Phoenix was a true professional to work with! The unit was CLEAN and all of the furnishings were very high end (GCI camp chairs, Rumpl blankets, etc). We had a few questions on the trip and Lauren was quick to respond and help. The entire experience exceeded our expectations!

Great experience with Blacksford! Excellent customer service and lots of little extras they provided in the RV that were much appreciated! And the ride back to the airport was icing on the cake!

Wow… Wow… Wow!!! What a great experience we had renting our RV through Blacksford. Every single interaction we had was positive! From registration and other interactions before our trip, through pick-up and return, we were met with friendliness, professionalism, courtesy, and excitement for our trip. You can tell that everyone loves what they do at Blacksford! We can’t wait to rent again through Blacksford and plan to also check out their Vegas and Phoenix locations as well! THANK YOU TO ALL WHO MADE OUR TRIP AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE. Especially for our first time renting an RV. Best of luck to everyone!

Overall experience was good but had issues with black water tank with loose valve leading to spillage which was distressing, fresh water connection also loose and has some leakage. Had to refill engine oil few days into trip and had a hard time finding correct one at remote gas locations.

Our overall experience was amazing! The staff on the phone and in person were exceptional in every way possible. We were in the Phoenix area for Cocodona 250. I had nutrition shipped in and the office went above and beyond to accommodate the delivery and make sure I received it. The RV was great and we had felt comfortable with the briefing we received. I highly recommend Blacksford and will definitely travel with you again!

Fantastic trip around Utah national parks. The RV was great, easy to use and no problems. The smaller Revel was ideal for a novice and easy to use. Most of all the staff at Blacksford Las Vegas were amazing and always there for support

The RV was well maintained, beautifully clean upon pick up. Felt safe and was thoroughly equipped with knowledge upon check in. Walked through and demonstrated how to use everything. Pop up was a great addition for sleeping and viewing purposes as well. Received reminders and videos via text. Communication was great. Only negative was as a shorter person I wasn't able to adjust steering wheel to get a better view of dashboard as I was sitting closer to steering wheel. Spacious HUGE amount of storage!!!!

The rental experience at Blacksford was excellent. The staff (Morgan) was super helpful and the communication was great. The RV was clean and had everything we needed. They had a pantry where you could pick up things like, salt and pepper, oil, spices, etc. Also they dropped us off at the airport. We would definitely rent from them again.
