A very professional company that left us with a very good impression. The process from initial contact to the final few details was very thorough. You were left in doubt their responsibilities and your own via updated information in emails and videos before setting off and then in the camper in case you forgot, there were printed images in a folder and iPad with the correct procedure to operate the heater, fridge, control panel and the double bed. The campervan was clean and tidy and fully equipped. The staff were friendly and knowledgable in answering all our questions.
They also took great effort in maintaining our ability to stay socially isolated during this corona virus time.
Using the camper van was a great way to stay isolated during an essential overnight trip to London.
