Awesome trip! The Tab is new, clean, and all in perfect working order. All necessary accessories included and looking new, including hoses, chocks, extension cable and plug converters. Chris is friendly and accommodating, and (since this was our first time ever towing a trailer!) checked in multiple times to make sure we were fully prepared for the experience. Had a great trip!

We had an amazing time. Chris made pickup and drop-off a breeze. If you are looking to rent a teardrop camper I would highly recommend this company. We loved it so much we might just get our own 😊. If we don’t, I would definitely rent from them again.

This little teardrop is the perfect camping companion for two, with enough creature comforts built in for convenience while allowing a more minimal approach to enjoying great campsites. We used the galley for heating water and for washing in the sink, but brought our own camp stove for cooking so we didn’t make a mess of the galley and because the two burners in the galley are quite small. Likewise, plan to bring your own mess kit as the galley on this rental is only minimally outfitted with cooking gear. And bring a bucket to catch drain water from the sink. Otherwise, this trailer is clean, in great condition and very easy to work with. We did not meet the owner as we did self check out and in, though they are pleasant and accommodating via text. Thanks!

We rented the brand new 2021 TAB 400 - for a 3-day camping trip to Collins Lake. We towed with our 2010 Mercedes GL350 - it was a breeze towing. Be aware that if you have an older German car (Mercedes, Audi, VW) with a factory trailer package- you might need a special adapter to tow a trailer like this equipped with LED lights- it is made by Curt Mfg. Without the adapter, the SUV reads that the light bulbs are burned out - so the adapter has resistors.

Great experience with California Teardrops. The trailer was clean and in good shape. It was small and nimble but had all the essentials. Overall, a very positive experience.

Overall I had a great experience with the Boondock trailer. It has great amenities. Pickup and drop off were very easy and Chris was helpful throughout the process. Will certainly look at renting one again in the future!

This teardrop trailer was clean and had the comforts of home. The website clearly explained what our vehicle would need to pull the trailer. The friendly orientation we were given before our trip was really appreciated and we ended up having wonderful time.

The T@B 320 was very clean and in good working shape when I picked it up. Towing with my BMW X5 Diesel was a breeze as it is so light.

Easy reservation and pickup process. Chris was extremely responsive via text with any questions or issues leading up to and during the reservation. Would rent from California Teardrop again.

First time renting a tear drop trailer. It was small but worked perfectly when trying to avoid camp bathrooms and showers during the covid era. It was easy to tow with our v6 highlander. Chris was very thorough teaching us how to hook it up and all the features. Even let us video tape him so we could refer back to multiple times during our trip. The rental was extremely clean and fully functioning. One small issue we encountered, he responded quickly via text (and even called us for more efficient communication) and provided an easy solution which worked! Highly recommend this rental and working with Chris. Five stars!
