The camper was as expected and Celeste was personable. We did experience something this trip that we haven't before. We have rented through Outdoorsy for several years. We pay a prep fee for each rental as we did for this one. The difference with this rental was the expectation for us to clean the camper including scrubbing the toilet, moping the floor, cleaning sinks, showers, refrigerator etc or face an additional $397 charge. We were even asked to put away the outdoor carpet. The reason given was that when they pick up the camper often it goes directly to another rental. I felt like I was doing the prep for the next customer. Others in our group rented from different companies and non of them had these expectations put on them. This does not seem right.

From the moment we first inquired with Celeste to the day she picked up the RV was one of the most enjoyable experiences we've ever had. The website is professionally designed and pricing fair. We rented the 2019 Palomino in great shape. It was dropped off and picked up on time with no surprises of any back charges. We told our friends and will be back next year!

Renting from Celeste made our weekend enjoyable and stress free! We attended a wedding from out of state and she made everything so easy with drop off and picking up! Absolutely going to look her up and use again when were in the area!
